Acura has updated its MDX edition to keep abreast with the times. There are changes done in the physical appearance as well as technical aspects of this 2010 Acura MDX edition. This SUV edition however maintains its seating capacity of seven passengers with three row seats. Acura has updated its powertrain, suspensions and added comfort features even on the standard trim. This supremely confident family car is priced at $43,000 and stretches to $50,000 for a fully loaded car.
Acura MDX Body style:
2010 Acura MDX has a very impressive body style with a revised hood. The body style features revised taillights and brighter LEDs which enhance the overall look of the vehicle. The new front grille and new side sills are improvised from its earlier edition. The polished stainless steel exhaust tip offers a good bodyline to this version.

The interiors are quite spacious with ample leg space for the driver and passengers. The third row is ideally designed for children like another vehicle. The interiors are well done with Milano leather. The cargo space is also quite adequate when the third row is folded down. The interiors wood tone has been changed from grey to brown which adds warmth to the cabin.
Acura MDX Features:
The 2010 MDX features a 3.7 liter V6 engine which produces 300 horsepower and 270 pound feet of torque and is teamed with six speed automatic transmissions with pseudo manual control. To increase the performance of this edition it features a revised high shift camshaft, an electronic drive by wire throttle system, and a computer controlled dual stage induction system.
It offers a good fuel efficiency of 16 mpg city levels and 21 mpg highways which is better than the 2009 model. The multi clutch torque converter teamed with six speed automatic transmissions assists in improving fuel efficiency.
The revised power steering is quite light but offers a good ride and handling. The long wheel base with 19 inch wheels and electronically adjustable shocks makes the ride more comfortable.
The 2010 MDX standard trim features a wide variety of features such as three zone automatic climate control system, Bluetooth hands free calling interface, XM satellite Radio, a six disc in dash changer.
This edition has scored well in all crash tests. It is a very safe vehicle to travel as it is incorporated with all major safety features such as standard side curtain airbag, traction and stability control, electronic antilock brakes, adaptive cruise control, and a rear view mirror.
